Kim Roberts is a retired farmer from Lewiston, and his wife Teresa is a retired insurance professional from Boise. Both longtime skiers at Brundage Mountain, Kim and Teresa met in New Meadows and made a home together 6 years ago in the beautiful Meadows valley.
Combining their love of the outdoors and nature with their experience growin
Kim Roberts is a retired farmer from Lewiston, and his wife Teresa is a retired insurance professional from Boise. Both longtime skiers at Brundage Mountain, Kim and Teresa met in New Meadows and made a home together 6 years ago in the beautiful Meadows valley.
Combining their love of the outdoors and nature with their experience growing plants and trees led to their vision of the greenhouse. So, in 2025 Kim began making improvements to the property, and after much hard work (and many loads of dirt & gravel) the site was ready for a greenhouse. Teresa has been busy ordering, designing, planting and nurturing the greenery.
